About
Pick a theme. Turn your day into a vlog.
The first bite of breakfast. A sunset on the way home. A new hobby you finally tried. 1Day helps you find something worth filming and turn short clips into a video diary you can come back to.
A THEME TO GET YOU STARTED
Choose Perfect Day, Soft Reset, or Little Adventure. Follow prompts to notice what is around you, write your own, or record by time. No script needed.
FILM A FEW SECONDS. LET IT COME TOGETHER.
Start your first story with three 2-second clips. For later stories, choose 2, 5, or 10-second moments. 1Day assembles your film on your iPhone. Adjust captions, title cards, and transitions, then save it to Photos or share the MP4.
A LITTLE COMPANY, OR A SHARED STORY
Blue, your little mascot companion, brings some warmth to recording on your own. Want to see a friend's day? Invite them to a shared room with a six-character code. Bring different perspectives into one story and leave reactions and comments. Shared rooms require iCloud and Sign in with Apple.
ONE DAY, OR A WEEK OF SMALL CHANGES
Keep a day out, a focused afternoon, or a seven-day challenge. Come back later to see the little changes you might have missed.
CHOOSE WHAT YOU SHARE
Solo recording needs no account. Solo clips stay on your iPhone, and films are rendered on-device. Shared rooms upload content you choose to share to Apple CloudKit. Optional smart prompt suggestions send your typed idea to an online service; your video clips are not sent for this feature.
Available in English and Simplified Chinese.

• Pick your avatar colour — your avatar follows it. • Zoom while you film: 0.5x, 1x, 2x, or pinch to anything in between. • Give each story its own cover: pull a frame, pick a photo, or use a poster. • Rebuilt replay, with captions you can pinch, rotate, and recolour. • Blue now opens your film and signs its corner. • A clip you filmed but haven't put in a story yet now tells you why it can't go in, when you tap it.
