Beautiful app with GREAT music
Love these radio stations, they are so well curated. So many bops to put on when I don’t feel like curating my own queue! The app is clean, straightforward, and doesn’t have unnecessary frills. Very aesthetically pleasing interface. Download it, you won’t regret it!
Intuitive, free, crucial part of my music discovery
1.FM is my go to app for free music discovery. The app allows you to easily browse a variety of genres, eras, and moods in seconds. In a time of decision fatigue and over produced playlists, I appreciate curated radio more than ever and 1.FM is the standard. Instead of staying in the same echo chamber of your own playlists, I find that this app allows me to sit back and discover.

Unique and Curated Experience
Love it! Longtime user of the website and participated in the beta test of the mobile app. The new interface works well on my phone and CarPlay and the stations remain as thoughtfully curated and varied as ever. Love exploring all the genre stations and encountering new (to me) music every day.
Unbelievable Update
I am stunned at the difference between the old app and the new. What a complete and total transformation. It has the wonderful curation of all my favorite stations with the flexibility of on demand. Five stars!!!

I have been using this app on an off for 10+ years, and it keeps getting better. The authors are responsive to suggestions and bug reports. And the music is great. Kudos to the team that built this!

@1.FM, please read this: for the most part, I really love what you people do. The variety of stations, the quality, VERY FEW interruptions compared to other streaming services that I’ve tried (and given up on). However, I have one request (and I’m using a review to do it, because I could find no way of contacting you, and your Help page isn’t working) - on your Spa channel, is there any way of making your station identification/commercials about half the volume they currently are? I use that channel to fall asleep to, but with your station identification at the same volume as all the other channels, it is LOUD, extremely jarring, and always wakes me up just as I’m falling asleep. With that small change, it would be perfection.

It’s a great app but can you please add favourites to apple CarPlay . Every time i get in the car I need to scroll through the entire list to find my favourite station.

I’ve been using 1.fm for 10 years and it’s still my go to online radio station. I have discovered so many new artists and songs thru this app. 1.fm really goes above and beyond with the music they choose to play. The streaming quality is second to none… sounds much better than Spotify. I hope 1.fm never goes away.

This app does not work on current iOS on either my iPhone or iPad. It doesn’t show any stations. I’ve tried all 1.FM s suggestions but nothing works since latest system updates.
App not loading on iPad
Over the last 2 days, the app will display the 1.fm header and the section titles but will not load the channel lists. This only happens on iPad. I asked a friend to try on his newer iPad and the same thing happens. What’s wrong?

I really enjoy this station but for some reason it has stopped working as of 31/10/2025 prior to this it has been suffering a lot of drop outs which I find really annoying especially when I’m in the gym.Incidentally all my listening when out and about is with 5G and I don’t suffer the same with Spotify etc.So 3 stars from me until it starts working properly.

Dangerous for home applications.
I have been enjoying 1.fm for a while, but when I attempted to use this online radio on my Chord Hifi system, I encountered some issues. Initially, everything worked well for a few weeks until the app prompted me to upgrade to their premium version. I had to decide between Spotify and 1.fm. Eventually, 1.fm restricted my Chord system's internet access, preventing it from going online. My Hifi now couldn’t get online.

It was working great previously. Now it always crashes and never opens.

Awesome. Simple. Not-Cluttered. Tap & Listen. Need it any more complicated than that? Go to one of the 50 others.
2 star cut for app crashes.
Need a stable app. Also would be nice to have more beta features added.
Re contemporary Christian channel
Stuck on 1 song - plays a few seconds, pauses, then repeats. It does this over and over again and has done so for several days. Other streams appear ok.
Keep stopping
Lately it become absolute rubbish, plays for 2 minutes and stopps. No matter what you do. Tried to reinstall and that, still not working.
