App has not been updated
This app needs serious updates and I have never seen it update on my phone. Downloading and installing. There has not been any improvements to this app
There are a lot of issues with this app and now the company I work for has officially made something much better And to make our jobs more easier.
This is the lowest rating I’ve ever seen on a app For this type of work. Not sure why they’re not updating the app every so often like weekly because that’s what 99% of apps do. This is the only one that does it like every four months. There is lots and lots of bugs on this app and there has not been any changes to the app either

Convenience
This app will no longer be used as we will have to use a web browser everyday. It’s one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard. More work for pennies on the dollar! But hey, long as it works for the upper management that doesn’t even have to use it. Cheers!

Where do I start, lol! Syncing takes forever to complete. A lot of the time failing to even sync. It is not user friendly and takes away from productivity when having to constantly navigate between multiple screens to complete a service order. Many features of the app are also just unnecessary.
Horrible Design and App performance
Jesus, this people gains millions and millions and this app is almost as ugly as the bathroom at the Sam’s I’m working at. It makes no sense how many time this app has take me out and force me to redo my checking again.

Worst app ever!
Natural insight was so much easier to use. Scheduling is impossible because there’s no calendar feature. Using it on my desktop to print pages needed for work is a huge pain. It times out after less than a minute and you have to constantly sign in again. Nothing is easy to find or use with this app…it’s horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would

Terrible app
This app is slower than a turtle. It goes so slowly, takes for ever to upload my employees’ pictures. Something needs to be done, because this is really ridiculous.
Why the light gray font???!!!!
Why use light gray font instead of black? It makes it hard to see for no reason. Why? Other than that it’s easy to navigate and not bad, but the font choice is so dumb.

Asks for your pin, you type it in, nothing happens. This happens way too often! I have to power off my iPhone to log in.

Worst app I have ever used
It is horrible the way it is put together discriminates against those that are older those that have eye issues it also doesn’t take into consideration that some of the people useing it fall into the special needs category they can still do the work but struggle with reading small print there is to many things on each page and extremely confusing and they won’t set it up so it can be on a laptop so those of us who have eye site issues and other issues can have a bigger screen to be able to prepare for our work better and to be able to print stuff we need to print they just don’t care it is the worst work app I have ever used it’s like they want the work done but domestic care one bit about those that have to use it

Joke of an app
We are required to use this app for work, but I have to restart the app a hundred times a day. It freezes up when you have to take a picture, it skips questions randomly and you have to manually go back and select each question. It’s slow. I mostly hate that I have to restart the app every time it freezes, probably 15+ times a day.

Horrible - won’t work with any newer model phones!
This is the worst app I’ve ever used & sadly my company uses it. This is SO outdated it can’t even work with any phone or pad launched in the last year and a half! Won’t work with nice new Samsung & won’t work with my iPhone 11 pro. Won’t work with any newer camera functions - when was this last updated? Ridiculous that at the last minute I remembered (was going to toss it) I had a 6 YEAR OLD IPHONE MINI IT WILL WORK WITH BUT NOT MY IPHONE 11 PRO? Wow…glad I still had the steam driven old iPad mini or I would have lost $500.00 for the work I did! Even spoke to their tech “guru” and nothing tried ever worked! Seriously - this app is garbage!

App is the worst ever
App is awful. Worst I’ve ever had to use. I just did the latest update and it’s worse than ever. So frustrating and it takes twice as long to enter my work because the app stops working every couple minutes.
Broken app, but also poor servers
Running on iPhone 11 and 4G LTE network service. The app has more bugs than a Dodge Ram pick-up trick or a Fiat, and unexpectedly crashes at random intervals. Need to clock out or check out of a location? Good luck to ya! Go ahead and press the respective buttons and watch in awe and wonder as absolutely nothing happens. Restarting the app sometimes helps, but it isn’t a guarantee. The apps biggest set back however are the servers that it communicates with. I can send all my work and photos to the servers via the app in a matter of one or two seconds at most. Receiving data from the servers to my device via the app can take a whopping five minutes and hardly ever is shorter than three minutes. And half the time, it ends up timing out and now you have to go back and and wait another 3-5 minutes. Have verified that my equipment and connection is fine, something is either improperly set up or poorly maintained on the host side of things. Get ready to waste your day and working hours with 1Hub mobile, where technological (in)competence is always on display. I don’t know what I despise more. ADP or 1Hub?
UPDATE: 4th delete and reinstall because it just stops working!!! Yay!!!!!!!!! Honestly, what does the Dev Team do all day long!? Apparently just enough to earn their paycheck each week and that’s it

Takes forever to load
This app is worst then salestrak. It has all sorts of bugs and overtime it seems like the problem is getting worst. The biggest issue I encountered is the amount of time it takes to load and sync the app. Sometimes I have to wait for hours for the app to load. Get rid of this app once and for all.
