After thoroughly following their process, I was informed through the app that my $500 gift card would give me a return of $428. I went through with the process and only received $143. I have reached out to support multiple times with zero response. This is a SCAM app DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!! I will also be reporting this app to try and make sure no one else gets scammed.

I'm having a big problem cashing out my funds, I live in the United States, this app fails to mention that they pay out in Nigerian currency only and also only offer Nigerian banks to cash out to making it impossible for me to get paid. I have tried for 5 days straight to get customer service to help me. I can't even get anybody to respond to my messages in Whats app or my emails or messages sent through the app, in a section that says "Don't Worry, we're here to help if you have any questions" well. They absolutely are not there to help that's for sure. lam-extremely upset about getting ripped off $260.

I sold 2 gift cards back in February of 2024 and it is now July and I haven’t received my money.
I have tried their live chat, their WhatsApp and emailing them and still 5 months later, nothing.
What a rip off! They for my cards in February but I sit here unable to contact them and get my payment.
I recommend finding a different gift card buying app.

I may have missed the one little clue there was that this wasn’t for cashable money! But there’s still not enough telling you beforehand that this is a Nigerian sight. Advertising all over Google like they are going to help someone. They make it seem legit and look like some type of EFT you are trading for only to find out it is Nigerian currency that there are no bank options in America for you to be able to cash out once they have bought(stolen) your gift card! I’m now out 150 dollars and can’t even get a bots help much less a person to try and help me fix this!!! Absolute trash!! Thieves! 1minute theft should be the name of the app!!
