the app will not connect to the headphones, even as I can play music thru them. so bluetooth is working.
Great earbuds
These are good earbuds and they are amazing for walking or running. They have lots of different kinds of modes and the app is very useful and brings out the full extent of the earbuds. Not the best quality though. They are still good even with that
App sucks
Can’t get active noise cancellation to work. My advice is to spring for a better brand. A little more money, but this less expensive brand doesn’t work so is kind of worthless

i'm soft locked into the "don't see your device?" screen. my device is on and is connected to my phone but it keeps me in that screen i can't do anything about it
Timer alarm on sleep buds?!
It makes no sense to have an alert sound on sleep ear buds. Please remove the alarm that goes off when the soothing sounds timer ends, or at least give the option to play the soothing sounds without a timer.
