Can't connect
Can't connect to hq51 via this app, it sees headphones, I click on them and nothing happens
Problematic app bug
The current version 1.5.9 (with AI) is not able to add a new 2nd set of 1More HQ51 headphones. The app briefly showed a “Connected” pop-up window, but my new headphones never showed up in the app. I got it to work by deleting the app and its data, then reinstalling so my new HQ51 headphones are added as the first pair. This app is not able to manage two HQ51 headphones?

Latest update messed up a lot
Everything was working fine until the latest update. Now, if you close the app while your headphones are connected, it won’t re connect. Also, selecting the sound equalizer option automatically closes the app. It won’t you select an EQ anymore without it crashing.
Great Headphones, Terrible App
These headphones (hq51) are great but I wouldn’t buy them again, solely on this app. This app doesn’t work. It’s constantly shutting down or won’t connect/recognize the headphones. EQ and ANC are all within the app so besides manually toggling from the headphones makes it impossible. I wish I had gone with a more reputable brand, with a functioning app and support.

Update Fail
Latest update is closing iOS app when connected to HQ51. Are you all working on a fix ?
APP CRASHES !!!!!!!

This app continues to crash, even though multiple troubleshooting steps. It will not start after originally working. Very disappointing

Excellent App
Please add support for Arabic , also Chinese app version has more functions
Super clunky
This app is pretty terrible (which is a shame because the headphones are good). It disconnects from the headphones spontaneously, has a lot of login issues, and many parts are only in Chinese, which makes it hard to troubleshoot.
Update is bad
This is the second update in a row where it takes away all functionality unless you login. Unfortunately, you need to understand Chinese to do that.
Won’t update firmware
App won’t update the firmware. Just tells me I’ve lost a Bluetooth connection and stays at 0% progress. Also a lot of the text is in Chinese. Some English but the Chinese text is info I would like to read. Really a poor app.
Just a sale's pitch
All this app seems to do is try to sell you more 1more products.
Average App
App lags and not much features definitely would need an uplift in the app to provide a better experience maybe also firmware update for the headphones
Decent, better than some companions
Does what it needs to. Custom EQ is nice. Please fix whatever causes my SonoFlow Pro to appear twice in Bluetooth settings.
Update issues
App will not let me update my earbuds, says my Bluetooth is disconnected and it just spins and pops up Chinese writing on the screen.
