Amazing app! Just need a small bug fix,

This app really helped me, since I downloaded for myself. But when I do enough questions and went to the apps that I unblocked, the time that it says on the app isn't the same in real life. So I've been wondering this whole time why it has been 3 hours and it is still unblocked, so I checked the time left of the screen time for myself, and I only used 10 minutes? 1Question please fix this problem cause I feel this isn't helping me lower my screen time.

Needs to be fixed

Please fix this app. The idea is great. But too many bugs. Constantly resets my earned screen time to zero. Have to keep resetting the app over and over again. Not useful if it doesn’t work.

FAQ

What does the 1Question app do?

The 1Question app helps make screen time productive and educational for children. It allows kids to earn screen time minutes for their favorite apps by engaging in mini-games and short video lessons covering various learning topics. Parents can also control how screen time is used and monitor their child's progress.

How does the app help control screen time?

Parents can set a study-to-playtime ratio, meaning children must complete educational activities before earning recreational screen time. The app also allows parents to choose which apps or app categories children can unlock once screen time has been earned, ensuring productive use of device time.

What kind of learning content is available?

The app offers a wide range of learning topics, including Math, English, Growth Mindset, and Surf Science, delivered through 1-minute video lessons and quiz questions. The content is designed by educators and uses AI to create a customized learning pathway for each child.

Is the app compatible with my devices?

The app requires a minimum of iOS 16 for iPhones. You will need at least one device for yourself and a device (phone or tablet) for your child to use the app. The app can be used on a shared device as well.

How does the app reduce arguments over screen time?

Instead of outright blocking apps, 1Question uses flashcard-style questions to unlock apps. This gamified approach to earning screen time can reduce conflicts between parents and children, making the process a more positive and collaborative experience.
