Extremely Helpful
For someone like me who is math challenged, this app is a dream. I love that it will calculate percentages right in the app for me, and my FAVORITE part is the plates guide!! I feel like that science lady meme in the gym trying to figure out which plates I need to put on my bar to add up to the right weight, but this makes it all smooth and confident (even if I still struggle to get the collar off the bar at times, lol).
