There is no option for country section and thus unable to proceed with registration

Registration is stuck since there is no option for country option.

Unable to sign up as new member and no email send out for reset password.

There is a column which need to put Upline No*and it’s a must , this is confidential as ID so we wouldn’t know what is our Upline No. that column leave empty but we unable to process to sign up . How ? Please do guidelines on this issue. And we want to forget password , after inserts our email add for getting reset password email , there’s nothing happen and no email !
