Constant Issues
This app and the website are so difficult to use. I have issues nearly every time I use either of them. I still can’t find a way to update my autopay information from an outside institution. Calling the branches is unhelpful because they can’t fix the underlying issues of a poorly designed app and web portal and usually don’t even know how to help guide you through the very confusing website or app. Very difficult to manage your accounts with the systems they have in place.

Just Fair to Moderate Weather With This One
March 2022 update: Something is wrong with connection to account information. Freezes up constantly. App seems bloated with too many options to navigate through in order to just get to daily account information. No instant account information as with other banking apps. Face ID is a haphazard task.
Pros: Better organized, more functionality. This app has a mobile check deposit in feature.
Cons: My other banking apps are still faster and simpler to use. New app still requires a few more taps to get to accounts, skip ads for new credit card, etc.

Rotation
Why does the app not rotate on the iPad ?????????????
Doesn’t work
This app would be useful if it worked long enough to get a task done. I tried making a transfer from one of my accounts to another and it just keeps refreshing after every selection I make, going back to the initial screen. On another attempt, I tried paying bills and it did the same thing, refreshed and sent me back to the initial screen.
