Worst app in existence!

It’s 2023 and the quality of this app is unbelievable. I’m thinking of switching banks because of it. You can’t do mobile downloads and the app crashes constantly! Please hire a app developer and redesign the app please.

Mobile Deposit

The mobile deposit feature on this app is absolutely horrible!! Has to be the perfect angle and have the right contrast and perfect lighting…..DO BETTER!! I have no issue with other Credit Union apps (Patriot) depositing checks on an app!

Crashes

App repeatedly crashes after opened when installed. I have to reinstall to open every single time. Really annoying.

Camera function

While it’s nice to be able to do mobile deposits, the fact that the app will keep trying to use the camera AFTER the check pictures are done if the app has not been refreshed/restarted is not something I appreciate finding out when just trying to see what I have in my accounts.

I love the credit Union, but the app crashes regularly. I keep having to remove and re-download.
