Unable to access
It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve been able to fully access the app. It just loads a black screen. I’ve tried turning my phone off and back on as well as removing and reinstalling the app all together. Suggestions to fix this would be greatly appreciate
Old app was way better!
This new app, while maybe has a more clean finish, ultimately fails functionally. I understand it’s a work in progress, but the login feature has worked only a handful of times for me. My other biggest complaint is with the old app it allowed me to move money over instantly. With this one I have to wait a day. Again, I understand it’s for security reasons, and for security but this app is supposed to make the banking experience more convenient.
