Doesn’t work
95% of the time the app doesn’t work, between constantly loading and taking 10 plus minutes to attempt to sign it, this app just isn’t it. Sadly I’ve been banking here for my entire adult life and I can’t fathom switching. Please do better with the app.
After six months it’s still trash
Can’t log in half the time. Frequently will not load transactions.
Even when you can log in, it “skips” around for lack of a better term so when you go to click on something the screen moves and you end up selecting something else.
Old app was basic but it always just worked.

Update
After the new update the app has gone straight down hill. The app was nice as it was & now it’s just garbage
Nightmare
The old app worked just fine .. this new app is a nightmare!! It never works correctly or leaves out a bunch of different information on purchases and transactions! Bring back the old app or please fix this one. Absolutely horrible!
Absolutely Horrible
They should switch back to the old app. This new app is not at all user friendly. I used to be able to log in within seconds now it takes at least 5 minutes if I’m lucky. It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to easily manage your money. This is bar far the worst app I have EVER used!!
