I’m always treated with respect and like I’m their best customer. They know me by name. I would definitely recommend First Lockhart National Bank as the best place to bank. I wish I would win the lottery so I could add that money into my account and open new ones with them.

Weak App; 20th century customer service
Can’t search for debits by vendor. No customer support on weekends.
App usability
In the beginning, the app worked ok. As time has gone on, the support for the app is almost nonexistent. I’ve been a long time member, and I’ve had to go into the branch to reset the password several times to no fault of my own. The facial recognition feature is non existent. I am considering using another bank or maybe an even a credit union.

Best Bank Ever
I’ve dealt with a lot of banks over the years. But, First Lockhart has met all my needs, and has done so with the utmost of personalized service. I live an hour from the bank and do almost all of my banking through the app or on the phone. But, I actually look forward to driving up to Lockhart when I need to do something in-person. Then I have a chance to drop in on Mark, Missie, Alisia, Abel, and Judea- all the folks, from the top down, who take such good care of us. ‘Want personalized, top notched financial services? I highly recommend First Lockhart National Bank!

Other Banks Are Better
I thought I’d give this bank a try but they’ve been a pain to deal with. Never have any issues elsewhere. Will not add any more money here

Prior app had notifications about balances that was very helpful and this one doesn’t.
