No notifications no reminders for classes booked

We’ve missed the class and we don’t even know that teacher has accepted the weekly booking. They do not send you any information / notifications and they don’t even reach out to you to see what has happened. They just charge your classes!!! Worst!!!

已经上了六七次课，试了两个老师都很不错。老师都很认真而且严格， 对小朋友都很亲切。我的目的是让孩子在学新的曲子的时候少犯错误， 陪练老师可以及时纠正。这样孩子学习进度可以加快， 而不是在这些低级错误上纠缠。这可以让线下老师把精力放在别的地方。
唯一不太满意的地方就是只有一次试课， 然后就要一次买好几百节课。如果可以先买十几节课试一试我觉的更好。
买了套餐后还可以用他们的AI App 线下练。 里面有不少不错的功能， 尤其是学新琴谱时app可以立刻反馈有没有弹对。前面有人说海外不能用， 但是我没发现任何问题。
我孩子中文不好， 有时候老师说一些名词他听不懂， 但是老师示范的话还是可以明白的。为了更好的交流老师和孩子都可以复习一下钢琴的中英文名词。
总的来说目前感觉还是很不错的。

如果不上2节，就扣钱。 老师也特别烦和严格。

他们的广告是AI加视频陪练，但是在国外加不了AI. 等于少了一个内容。
