While being on unemployment is not ideal - the app is convenient.

I’m not a big fan of the app I think the internet browser works best. When you click home after reading you’re message it takes you all the way out to the sign in part for me it does anyway

Not having a job is not fun.. at least these guys make it easy to file.
Frustrating
While the app is helpful in comparison to trying to get representatives on the phone for weekly certifications, the app works 60% every time (anchorman reference). Since august, the app has completed my weekly certifications with no error messages like 4 times. That’s not good. I am eventually able to get in contact with the unemployment office to file weekly certifications I was not able to do on the app but it’s a 2-3 day process. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Especially when the app is supposed to be easy and fast.

This application is handy; there’s no doubt about that. However, it crashes often and could use enhancements as far as usability goes. It’s easier to type all of the information needed on the website. There’s also a bug or something at the login screen. If you save your passwords to your phone or third-party app, it’s going to tell you your password is incorrect. You literally have to copy what was entered into the password field, delete it and the paste it back and you can login successfully.

Do better
The app is a good start, but Mississippi we got to do better we already got to find work where there are not as many jobs. It’s still post pandemic, online functions improperly for no reason. No customer service. Changing of the numbers. No type of urgency for your own people.
I hope this is just a start for what is to come because it could be so simple.

I can’t even use the app
The app started off just fine, I don’t know what happened. I haven’t been able to sign in for the last weeks. It just tells me something went wrong and to try again later? I called MDES number listed in the app and it literally said that it wasn’t a working number. I’m not angry or raging, I’m genuinely just confused. I would love a response from the developer. 07/26/2021 3:30 pm.

Great for those with no laptop
This app is valuable for those that do not have access to a laptop. You can do almost everything. Some things you cannot see and have to use the laptop but overall for filing weekly claims it does the job.

It’s currently malfunctioning whenever I click on something in the app it’s says please wait and then nothing it’s been like for the last couple of days. Such a huge inconvenience.

This App is easy to use. Especially for us older folks that are less knowledgeable about the newer technology. It’s easy to understand and to know what is being asked. I can use it without any help. That’s a plus for me!
