The new app is virtually useless! Despite lots of promises from head office my rewards still don’t appear ( 3rd month running). You can’t manage subscriptions, and now I’ve been made to use this app I can’t manage my subscriptions online anymore; so can’t re-order any beans - so now have to shop elsewhere

Can’t add payment cards
Lots of bugs trying to use Autofill when adding a payment card. Also appears no card is linked, but says ‘Card is already linked’ when trying different cards.
Hard to see what free drinks you have
This app in its current design makes it difficult to see what free drinks you have. Maybe that’s purposeful (wink, wink Cafe Nero - I mean 200 degrees), maybe not. Please fix it. The old 200 degrees app used to do this fairly well.
Rubbish for collecting points
It’s very hit and miss whether you get loyalty points with each purchase.

Great update — the new app is fast, clean, and really easy to use. Paying and collecting stamps in one scan works perfectly, and having receipts in the app is a nice touch. Everything has been smooth so far. Big improvement on the old version!

I really like a coffee and not many shops stand out for quality tasting coffee but 200 Degrees definitely does. Gorgeous coffee.
Awful - can’t connect payment cards and help team close tickets
New app, but unable to add payment cards. Used support and they ask a question, I reply and they close the ticket. This had happened several times. Now automatically closing tickets without responding.

Useless app now …… can’t login or reset since latest update. Not impressed at all

Forced logged me out and won’t let me reset my password. An error keeps popping up no matter what I do and it’s getting frustrating. Seeing other reviews saying people they’ve lost their points too. Why try to fix something that wasn’t broken?

Newest major update terrible
Lost my account since they moved presumably to Nero’s platform. Can’t register or login with my pre-migration credentials. Customer support is slow and not consistent in between agent handoff.

App updated lost all previously accrued loyalty rewards.
New update issues
I cant order coffees from the app anymore since the new update as it says there are no coffees places nearby and it doesn’t matter which 200 degrees i am at it always says theres no stores nearby. Its a shame because the reason i always go to 200 is because i can just sit down and order through the app. Please fix this bug soon the coffee is amazing!

Since the update it doesn’t work. Just keeps saying invalid credentials and that it can’t send an email.

After the update I had to change my password to get back into the app only to find it had reset to zero luckily I found the email from you in my junk folder so was able to gets my rewards back
Mostly fails at my local branch
My closest is at the designer outlet in York. At that location I try to sign in and it tells me to reset my password. Then I try again and it says too many attempts. I’ve used it successfully elsewhere but not here. The impact is that it’s too hard to order so I go and get a coffee from pret. Seems like a fail to me

Bad service
Used this coffee shop in Harborne ordered coffee and cake it took 15 minutes and nothing came yet they served two other customers so I went and asked where was my coffee oh the machine didn’t print out the order??? Well I won’t be going there again
