Excellent Electrical Reference App

This app is extremely helpful for electrical code references and field calculations. It’s organized, easy to use, and reliable when you need quick answers on site. A great tool for apprentices, journeymen, and those preparing for their Master exam. Definitely a valuable addition to your toolbox.

Master Electrician

Best app for quick reference, thumbs up.

Conduit fill

How do you change the conduit type in the conduit fill menu? It’s set for emt.

What’s the point

I guess I misunderstood what this app does. It’s just a bunch of PDFs of what my codebook or uglies will show, but there are no calculations. Ie. Does not even calculate conduit fill. Am I missing something?

Raiden electrical

The app needs to be updated

Best Electrical Reference App!!

This is probably the best overall app for electrical references for any on the job Electrician, Engineer, Mechanic, etc that there is out there. If you need any information as it pertains to the electrical world this is the ONLY app to have on your smartphone. It gives you concise information in an East to read and we'll laid out format that's easy to find and reference. I highly recommond it to any person working in the electrical field.

Thanks

Very handy

Quick, easy to use and well thought out.

It’s like the NEC book but in PDF

Most of the article copyrighted 2016... and I don’t see calculation tool for sizing or anything

Response from developer

This app contains some 2017 NEC tables and they are copyrighted 2016 by NFPA and we reproduce them in the app with permission. This is only a small part of the app.

Its got almost everything you need

I took one star out cause your table for voltage drop wasn't matching with the right answer for one of the questions in your quiz app. I think it was question 75. It goes something like, whats the length of wire for 12 awg with 20 a breaker at 3% drop. Table clearly shows 25’ but quiz app says its the wrong answer. So idk what other things are inaccurate here.

Sapphire electric

This is one of the best and informative apps for an electrician

Not what I expected

I can’t totally blame the developers, but the paid version of this app is totally not worth the extra $9.99 I paid as opposed to the light version. There really isn’t much more than what i saw on the 2011 light version vs. this that warrants the price. I thought the β€œwhat’s new for 2017 β€œ would be a interactive theme as opposed to just pointing out the updated articles. Just 1 example of my disappointment . But as I stated I could’ve and should’ve done more research, not all the developers fault.

Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. The paid version contains over 7 times as many articles as the free Lite version. The Lite version is free so you can try-before-you-buy. The Lite version includes a listing of all the articles and topics of the paid version so you know what you get before you buy.
