This app is…

weak, at best.

Way too glitchy

Hassle to use

iPad compatability

Not only is this app mediocre on the phone, but no ipad compatibility is weak for a major golf tournament.

Terrible

This is the worst golf app I’ve ever seen. You can’t even see the leaderboard from the homepage. When you select a player to watch his videos, once they are over you can’t go back to another player or get back to the leaderboard. Worthless!

Literally the worst

My golf game is light years better than this app. And that’s saying a lot.

Terrible

Can’t get the feed of the feature group to play more than 20 seconds before stopping. Doesn’t matter if it’s 5g l, lte, or wifi. It’s atrocious!! Worst app of the majors by far. I’d expect more from a LIV app. Cmon man!

USGA

The app is garbage per usual. The USGA could f*c* up a wet dream.

Get up to date

You guys have this tournament way too spread out across different networks and you can’t even watch on the app. Make it accessible.

It’s supposed to be a big deal and it’s too hard to keep up with.

Without watching, even the shot tracking is very clunky on the app.

Can only watch on phone, not iPad

The live feed can be viewed in landscape on iPhone, but that’s too small. On iPad, it’s a mess - you can’t view it full screen in landscape, and when you try to expand or rotate the view, it doesn’t work at all. Also there’s no Chromecast option. As others have said, see the Masters app for how to do it right.

A for Awful

App is awful. USGA shameful. Fix it. Now.

Garbage

Complete garbage. Every shot should have video. Shot tracker is inaccurate and far behind. Just follow the Masters app. It’s not hard.

Very helpful :)

Love the on-course app! Super helpful for when walking around the course. I also love the player comparison feature. Overall, good job USGA on the app, so much better than the year before

Not good

Bad video feeds and laggy. Slow interface

You need to learn from The Masters

This app is fine for a phone but is absolutely THE WORST app for an iPad I have EVER SEEN. The viewable screen size is smaller than my phone and I’ve tried everything to make it watchable but it’s completely hopeless. This app is utterly useless. Come on USGA. You guys are pathetic. If you’re gonna produce crap like this, stop sending me crap begging for money.

Horrible app

Horrible app don’t waste your time. Hey us open people you need to study the masters app.

Missed the cut with this one!

Not sure why it does not work on iPad. If you pinch to window mode then expand it goes full screen for a moment then back to the mini window…but it is centered on the screen instead of bottom left.
Just bad work by app developers we think.

Don’t bother watching on an iPad

Full screen doesn’t work

Terrible

Shot tracker looks like 1990 vintage.

Live video crashes every 5 minutes

Video replay won’t close.

Did anyone test ??? Amateur hour as usual.

No replay

No full round 1 replay. And crashed every other hole, today. And the sound quality was sub par.

Astoundingly Bad

All they had to do was to model features of some of the really good apps out there. They failed to understand a good golf app to include shot tracking with hole descriptions and layouts. And, for some reason they crippled the PGA app. What a shame.
