good enough
I’ve been using this app for years and love to see it progressing. I’ve got a couple things to suggest for improvement.
1) it would be great to be able to add purchased tickets to the app. I bought the pre-sale tickets in Nov but I need to keep track of these separately from the app. It would be nice to be able to either add them to a user account or maybe just a way to save the QR code tickets somewhere in the app.
2) The app is currently broken in the Vehicles By Make menu. Lamborghini and Polestar both don’t show properly and Polestar even makes the app crash everytime I select it.
All in all though it’s a good app and helps with getting around the show and knowing what vehicles are on display

App opens but it closes as soon as I click on buy tickets
App is not working properly, it won’t allow me to buy tickets and I don’t see any contact info.

Can’t buy tickets
Keeps giving an error when trying to buy tickets. Says my card, information, or address are invalid or declined. Seems like I’m not the only one having this issue either
Truly Enhances The Show Experience
This app is a 10/10, walking around the show, an already incredible and fun experience is enhanced even further walking around the app on my phone, I don’t even think about it! I love it. Can’t wait to spend some time with the app at the show this year, it’s gonna be a great one!

It doesn’t work!
Tried to buy a ticket and it fails to pass process the card. I got my card company on the line, verified no charges were made, and that what is being sent in did not match. Poor app design...
Not able to purchase tickets
Credit card errors when trying to buy tickets to get the app discount regardless of which credit card I use. Says info isn’t correct but all was correct. Tried 2 different credit cards.

CAS 17 App needs work
Does not show tickets in app
after you dismiss them, you cannot pull them back up again. This is bad if you depended on this for for entry to the show. This app needs some work. Also link in email to display on phone is an invalid address and does not work either.
Get the app for the ticket discounts then delete it.

Get it together, folks. Your app is buggy and freezes. The show starts in one day.

They don't update the app until the last minute I want to plan my way around the show floor and have an idea of what will be there but I can't because they never update

Crashes right away. What's the point?
What a freakin joke
Trying to enter Buick contest, tells me I'm rejected because of invalid email address. I guess GMAIL must be out of business. When trying to purchase tickets, I get dumped back to the home screen. Ok. Thats it! Done messing with this crap. Someone dropped the ball on this one. I think I will pass on the auto show, especially if it's the caliber of this sad app.

Terrible user experience
Not intuitive. Not helpful either
Hard to order tickets. Ending up deleting and ordering my tickets via web browser since the mobile app actually makes it more difficult to order tickets.

They didn't think it through
They must have had zero designers when they developed this app. It is not intuitive. The floor map is tiny on an iPhone and cannot be zoomed enough to be helpful. Almost anywhere you tap it just wants to collect your personal information for marketing purposes. Don't waste your time.

Copy/paste
A lot of the info is still from 2015. And the floor map is too small, I can't zoom in enough to see the smaller sections labels. Maybe a higher quality picture or the ability to rotate would help with that. I liked using this app last year so I'm sure these problems will be fixed.
