Functionality Not as Promised
I was promised that there would be a way to watch the presentations on the app in perpetuity to refresh my memory on key points even after the day of the event. No videos are available yet and customer service and chat capabilities end the day of the event. Kind of feel cheated as I am a busy person that likes to have access to information on a constant and quality basis. I would also like to have access to the previous 18 years as well.
