Useful for logistics

Despite the undoubtably frustrating experience of the previous reviewer, and the inconvenience caused, I’ve found this app to be eminently useful in navigating the festival locations. Information about the artwork and artists is easily accessible and the integration of live location with application’s festival map makes it very easy to locate the various sites. It seems that the location data has even been imported to google maps which is just icing on the cake for me, since I don’t need to spend the time doing it myself. It’s a very helpful app even if you don’t use the QR functions at all.

No QR code, useless customer support

The app is a dud- each person needs their own device and app, even if you are a family group. My app worked fine, but my 79 year old father’s shows no record of purchase, even though he has an email receipt. QR code will not show. Customer support was useless- they should have just refunded his ticket and had him try again, or emailed the QR code. Instead they said they would transfer the purchase to a different email address. Still no QR code. We are arriving today and it looks like we’ll have to buy another ticket for him.

Not working in the USA

I would love to download and get a passport for this special art event in your beautiful country but after putting verification code in and answering your questions I cannot go father as it keeps saying server error? Please help! Many Thanks!

Doesn’t work. No support

Only way to buy tickets is through the app. Getting error message “The format of customer token is wrong.It should consist of 3 segments”. Deleted and recreated account to no avail. No way of contacting anyone for support
