The 2026 Australian Cotton Conference App is designed to enhance the delegate experience before and during the event by providing easy access to Conference information, networking opportunities and real-time event updates. Key features and functionality include: Program - A detailed and searchable Program featuring all plenary sessions, workshops, meetings and ancillary activities across the three-day event. Presenters - Speaker listings including presenter photographs, profiles and session information. Exhibitors - An exhibitor directory including company listings, exhibit site numbers, logos and website links. Sponsors - Sponsor recognition through listings incorporating logos and website links. My Program - A personalised bookmarking feature allowing delegates to save sessions and activities of interest. Notifications - Push notifications from event organisers relating to program updates, reminders, announcements and important event information. What’s On - A guide to networking functions, social events and other ancillary activities held during Conference. Our Charity - Information regarding the nominated Conference charity, fundraising activities and options for delegates to make donations. Survey - Delegate surveys collecting demographic information together with feedback relating to event experience, program content, presenters, exhibitors, networking opportunities and overall value. Survey information will be used by Conference organisers to evaluate event outcomes, improve future Conferences and better understand delegate interests and participation trends. Floor Plans - Venue maps and floor plans to assist delegates in locating plenary rooms, exhibit areas and event activities. Event Info - General delegate information including venue location, parking, transport options, accessibility information and weather updates. Attendees - A delegate listing featuring opted-in attendees, including delegate and organisation names to support networking opportunities. (Delegates may change their status at any time, determining to be listed or unlisted.) WiFi Password - Instructions and password details enabling delegates to connect to event WiFi services. Sponsor Banner Advertising - Rotating digital banner advertisements displayed throughout the App providing sponsor with visual brand exposure and the opportunity to promote key messages, products, services or initiatives to Conference delegates. Banner advertisements may include sponsor logos, artwork, promotional messaging and website links. The App is intended solely to support Conference participation, delegate engagement, event communication and networking for attendees of the 2026 Australian Cotton Conference.
