This app is hands down the best
Very Helpful Tool for AuDHD
I was late diagnosed at age 36 a little less than a year ago and since then, I have been gradually building up my toolbox and finding what works. The habit tracker combined with diary entry helps me keep track of which days I take my meds and complete my morning walks (without the pressure of it being demanding or being concerned with breaking a streak) while being able to see how my moods may or may not be affected on those days. Also this app syncs with my calendar, allowing me to see a snapshot of my FULL day in one screen. I can see tasks, daily habits, mood, and calendar events all in one place.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that when a task isn’t completed on a specific day that it doesn’t just disappear into the abyss. It rolls over into the next day. This may not be the best fit for some people, but for me it’s perfect because it saves me the energy of having to manually retype the same task for another day, OR even running the risk of forgetting that the task even existed in the first place!
I’ve been using the app for less than a week but within the first hour of using it, I could see that it would be a good tool for me to organize my day and get better at managing my time. It’s not a magic fix and I’m still battling executive function issues at times, but this app definitely helps me smooth out some of the kinks. I am thankful!
