Unbelievable

Game crashes and all tiles disappear...and this has been an issue for 4 years????

I’ve been playing your 2048 game for yearsssss! And have spent so much money on the scrolls. But randomly the app just deleted all my progress. My current score is 65262632.

What do I do to get my grid back?? It’s completely blank right now!
