Me and my friends loved this app back in 2020. We recently discovered it again but it is so slow. we really think it would be amazing to bring it back
App isn’t working?
When i first loaded onto the app everything was fine. However, when I went on for the second time nothing loads. no images show, I can’t see my own posts let alone other peoples and the only thing that i can see is my profile picture. great idea and great layout but sadly I just can’t use the app.
Please bring this app back :(
Loved this app in 2019/2020. It no longer works - please bring it back! Its a welcome break from following influencers on instagram.
Delete account
Need to delete my account due to privacy issues and I cannot get in touch with anyone.
Doesn’t work
I had this app in the past and couldn’t search for items properly. If I did find an item I liked, the tag took me to a different product (as one review said that they can’t tag recently purchased items).
I downloaded the app again, pleased to see category filter. I selected woman and trousers - no results. I typed in Shorts - no results. I cleared filters and selected price range up to £45 - no results.

Profile error
Mine & other peoples profiles will not load. I have deleted the app numerous times and I can no longer see my profile or publish anything. It keeps coming up with a system error please can you help?

I don’t know what to think, because whilst I can login, I can’t see any of the photos even when I have very good Wi-Fi

The app literally will not let me see or do anything… I open the app just to see nothing, “sorry, try again.”
I wish I could use the app
This app seems great in theory. I was so excited to use my Christmas money towards some trendy clothing items. However, I can't even use the app lol. All that pops up is an error message. I closed the app, I've restarted my phone, I've deleted it, and gotten it again. This app just won't work. My other apps don't have this issue and never have. Fix this, and I could enjoy the app

is it bugged or is it just me?
i found this app hoping i could find nice clothes for me to buy but it turns out i cant even load my "for you" feed. every time i try to do anything it says "Sorry, we've encountered an error. Please try again" and i try again but it never works. ive tried deleting the app, making a new account, etc. it fails to work and load anything. this app disappointed me.

It’s not letting me post
I haven’t used the app in so long and deleted it and then got it back but now I can’t post for some reason but it’s a very good app
Only shows like 4 images continuously!
At first it was seeing load of different outfits and different content however now I see one image and it comes up again every 2 posts I downloaded the app to get outfit ideas not to see the same posts 1000 times! I don’t know if it’s just mine or anyone else can relate?

absolutely rubbish nothing will load yet i have checked my internet, turned my phone completely on and off and even reinstalled the app but it still won’t work.

I like the idea of this but it doesn’t actually load any pictures and has been like this for months!
NOT IMPRESSED
Thought it was just my connection that wasn’t working but it seems like everyone is having the same problem. Nothing is loading on the app can’t even tag products cuz they’re not showing to see if it’s the right one. SMH used love this app KMT 😒
disappointing
liked the app when it worked, used to use this app for outfit inspo and i’d save some looks to my favourites to find they weren’t there the next time i went in the app. when i next went on the app nothing would load at all not even my profile, had the problem for days. made a new account hoping it would be okay but had the same issue! nothing will load at all and i can’t see anything, been like this for months now! even created ANOTHER account and still wont work. sort it out.

I downloaded this app about 2 years ago and it was fine, however all of a sudden nothing on the app will load, everything is blank.
The app logged me out of my original account and wouldn’t let me back in claiming my password was wrong, I sent for a password recovery email but when I received that, that too wouldn’t load. I made a new 21B account thinking it might resolve the issue but it hasn’t.
Such a shame as I enjoyed uploading outfits and taking inspo from others.
