A few things you'll notice in version 2.1. Widgets (Pro) Ten for your Home Screen and Lock Screen: today's hours against your goal, your out-time budget, your streak, compliance, the last 14 days, and where your time goes. Live Activities (Pro) Take your aligners out and your Lock Screen counts down what is left of today's out-time, with a Put in button that works without unlocking, however you logged the take-out. Appointment reminders (Pro) Set a lead time on an appointment and we'll remind you before the visit. Appointments in your calendar (Pro) With Add to calendar on, your visits land in the 22 Hours calendar alongside switch days. Action Button and Control Center Add it to Control Center or your Lock Screen, or set the Action button, and log a change without opening the app. New Siri, with nothing to set up Voice logging now uses Apple's current Siri system, so it works the moment you install and there is no phrase to record. Your old phrase carries over If you recorded one in an earlier version, keep saying it.

Yes, 22 Hours provides gentle reminders for your tray switch routine. It sends a notification the night before and a backup the next morning, and can optionally sync switch days to your iOS Calendar.
Can I take progress photos with 22 Hours?
Absolutely. 22 Hours allows you to capture unlimited progress photos tagged to your current aligner number. You can also bulk import existing photos, and all are saved to a dedicated album.
Is my data safe with 22 Hours?
Your data is synced privately across your devices via iCloud. You can also export your full history at any time and restore from backup when switching devices.
