Worst App (update)
Still the worst app. I have downloaded and deleted this app so many times. Permission to use still not approved. Why? I’m a this a building/management issue? Well, it was addressed with management. Too bad I cannot give zero stars

Whoever runs the permissions for this app is unresponsive or apparently does not know the name of my company. I’ve been waiting over SIX MONTHS for my permissions to be approved. No one in my company can use this app. SL Green and their management should be ashamed
Total Garbage!
Useless app that doesn’t work to let you in at the turnstiles unless you send yourself a guest pass—in which case you still need to deal with the inept front desk staff to get let in. But, this is slightly better than the building front desk people making someone from your office to come get you when you leave your card in the office.
App is exactly like the building staff—unwilling to make the tenants’ lives easier and intent on complicating everything.
