Sleep tracking
(2026) Sleep tracking won’t work, I try to activate every possible way! It doesn’t work at all.
Optimization
I like the watch but I wish it was able to do more with calling or texting. It’s not really the best when it comes to working out and my phone is in my bag and I can’t respond to messages between sets. Also the sensor for my heart rate doesn’t work well and gives inaccurate reading.
It’s great for people who are just starting out and just want to keep track of steps but having it for over 2 months now, I feel that it can be better.

Bad App
My phone and app NEVER stayed synced up. It was a great test run to see if I’d like a smart watch for exercise, though. I actually liked the watch very much, I just never used the app. It didn’t log anything at all. I’ve upgraded and am glad

choctaw gives my folks nice gifts through out the year and this watch was one of them. i have an apple watch that is stainless and the upgraded stainless band with cellular service that ended up costing around $1200 and really enjoy the watch but i gave the evo a try on the other wrist and was truly impressed that it does everything the apple does basically but i don't have to worry about charging it everyday that the evo last the whole week. i used it more to see how quickly it will need to be recharged again and with heavy use i had to recharge it after 5 full days. i said maan why can't apple do that with they watch you know what im saaay

i have an apple watch 7 on the other wrist and i have to charge it 5 times before i have to charge the EVO thanks choctaw Casino for the nice gift

I cannot customize the face of my watch, even though there is an option but other than that, everything is fine or OK

Don’t do it
DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH. I’ve had this watch for about 2 months now and it constantly disconnects itself from my phone and resets entirely. And when it does this, I lose my tracked steps. I have to fight it to even say the correct date and time. It also doesn’t work to track sleep at all.
Bug fix please
The app and the watch is good for me everything works other than the wallpaper for the watch. The app won’t let me make a custom wallpaper, I’ve tried time and time again pls fix, the wallpaper I was trying to choose has memories from it and would like it to be on my watch.

I got this watch to track my heart rate, steps, and nutrition. The only thing I don't like is that I cannot sync the data from the app to the apple health app.
New features aren’t working
Since the last update, the new features aren’t working. I have also never had other parts working since I bought it, like REM sleep, being able to add a profile pic, the sleep time on my watch and the app not aligning…I just chalked it up to being inexpensive. Kind of a bummer though bc I do like it

Won’t let me download watch face
Says that I can upload my own watch face, but when I go to my gallery, it will not apply it.
My watch won’t pair
For whatever reason my 24/7 Evo watch won’t pair with my iPhone even though I have scanned the QR code and connected it with Bluetooth and it asks me to press a check on my watch to finish pairing when it won’t even show up on my watch
