it works good but is constantly lagging
when i try to open the app it doesn’t load and is just frozen on the logo “24 fps” lowk if this doesn’t get fixed soon im just deleting the app all together, it doesn’t load and i’ve deleted the app, turned off my wifi, everything and it still doesn’t load and into the app.

I have been using this app for a couple of years now, and I don’t know what the problem is but for the last few weeks there has been some kind of bug or whatever. When I try to use a filter or make any edits to the coloring of a video, it freezes after 2-3 minutes of using the app. I have to close the app completely and re-open it to use it. It is incredibly annoying, especially when I am trying to edit a video and have to restart the entire process because the video gets stuck and nothing is saved. It isn’t just that I have to update it. It was already updated. This needs to be fixed or I’m just deleting it all together.

Bug warning so basically when you want to change how much of the filter there is instead of 100%
Basically when you have a filter and want to change how much of the filter there is like if u want 50% of the filter and not 100% you could adjust it but the bit where you adjust the filter is covered by something like fo you want this filter with a cross n a tick ✔️ pls fix this 😔😃👍
Can’t Apply Filters
I had been using and loving this app for almost a year. A week ago filters no longer tapped to apply. I’ve reached out to report bugs and request help from customer service 3 times with no response. I’m a yearly paid subscriber who now can’t use the basic functionality of an app I’m paying for. Until the app is fixed it’s not worth it.

The app must have broken after the last update. Please please fix it!
App has crashed
I use this app daily or I did at one point. You can’t click on any of the filters or save them for that matter. It’s been almost s week since this problem started occurring. I’m only writing this review so the developers are made aware and fixes the issue.

this app was working just fine, but now it’s suddenly really buggy and i quite literally can’t use anything. no filters at all. fix this please, it’s frustrating.

2년째 구독하며 잘쓰고 있어 이제는 영상편집할때 없으면 안되는 필수 어플로 사용하고 있습니다! 저장됨 필터에서 선택해서 쓰는데 몇일전부터 필터를 적용하려고 누르면 아예 먹통입니다 아무것도 안눌려요ㅠㅠ 피드백 부탁드립니다ㅠㅠ 삭제후다시깔아도 동일하네요 신기한건 아이패드에서는 이전과 동일하게 됩니다 폰으로만 안되서 넘 답답해요ㅠㅠ

버터필터 유료구매한거가 적용이 안됩니다. 버터필터 측으로 문의하니 24FPS 자체의 오류라는데 언제 복구되는지를 알려주셔야 할거같아요. 유료로 사용 중인데 사용을 못하고 있습니다.
