2537M helps trail and ultra runners train for the course ahead. It brings your completed runs, recovery, terrain, fuelling and body feedback into an adaptive training plan and a practical race strategy.
A PLAN THAT LEARNS FROM YOUR RUNNING
Build towards your trail or ultra goal with a plan that responds to completed and missed sessions, training load, recovery and the demands of your race. When a workout differs from what was planned, 2537M can assess what you actually did and propose changes to the week. You approve any proposed plan change before it is applied.
PLAN YOUR RACE FROM THE COURSE
Import a GPX course to review its distance, elevation, climbs, descents and aid-station order. Build a segment-by-segment plan with estimated arrival times, heart-rate guidance and carbohydrate, fluid and sodium targets. Export the plan as a CSV for your own preparation or your crew.
Race planning draw on relevant long runs, hard sessions, terrain, pace, heart rate and climbing evidence. They are more than a target time attached to a race name.
TRAIN FOR THE TERRAIN AHEAD
Prepare for the climbing, descending, technical trails, surface and conditions your race may demand. Compare complete routes and overlapping uphill, downhill and level sections from your running history to see which efforts are genuinely comparable.
DEBRIEF THE WHOLE RUN
Record the purpose of a session, effort, finish reserve, footing, weather, fuelling, hydration, GI response and body signals. 2537M connects what the watch recorded with how the run actually went, so the next decision has more context than pace alone.
FUEL FROM RECORDED PRACTICE
Develop carbohydrate, hydration and sodium guidance from runs where you recorded what you took in. Unrecorded intake is not treated as zero, and race guidance reflects the practice you have actually completed.
FOLLOW RECOVERY AND BODY SIGNALS
Bring sleep, daily activity, training status and a short runner check-in into one view. Use the body chart to track pain or discomfort over time. Add your shoes, follow their distance and review whether a pair may be linked with recurring issues. Strength sessions support the demands of trail and ultra running.
CONNECT YOUR RUNNING DATA
Bring together runs from Apple Health, COROS and Strava when you choose to connect them. Heart-rate zones use the best available source from your recording device, primary watch or connected platform.
2537M helps you prepare to finish well, with decisions grounded in your own running.
