Best currency app - done!
I have had this app from pretty much when Jeff first released it. How he improves it makes me sit down, but he manages to do just that with every release. Also, how he handled merging his two apps (free and paid) into one was just the easiest transition ever. Thank you for a job well done.
currency rate updates not working
Had this app for nearly a year and it's been brilliant, however over the last few days it has failed to update rates when opened and just keeps showing an error message, which is annoying at a time when rates are very volatile due to American Presidential election results! Anyone have a similar problem or can help?

Been Using it Forever!
I love this application tons. I'm considering upgrading, however, if ads are the only thing removed, I'll pass. In order to upgrade this app, I would love to see historical fluctuations in the horizontal view. Maybe and additional piece of info, like news from that country that is affecting their market? Thank you.

Great features, and IOS 10 features too!
I like how easy it is to customise and sort the currencies list, and the widget for viewing the latest rates on the home screen. I like how you can watch the rates update on the home screen to see it change through the day...

Superb little app
This app has been there since the dawn of the App Store, been through screen size revamps, UI theme overhauls, and feature additions. It has done so with elegance and utility, a credit to developers who clearly have pride in their work.
Great app, just got me round the world!
Of all of the currency converters that I used during my recent 5 week trip around the world, this one proved the most useful. It has the ability to program a list of currencies into the main screen, which you can then change the value of each to reflect the comparative amount in the other currencies. The only downside I can find (and where it loses the one star) is that I was using it on an iPod Touch and didn't always have an internet connection when using the app. This meant that while I was happy to use the cached conversion rates, every time I launched the app, I had to close the message warning me that an internet connection wasn't present. As the date/time of the last update are shown at the top of the screen, it would be nice to be able to turn this warning off. Otherwise, great app, especially for free!

A backward Step - then a sideways Step
Version 1.1 of this app was much better than Version 1.2 Plus- I don't like the practice of embedding advertising material in an app. - It's simply a waste of valuable screen space.

Version 1.3 addresses some of the issues some people had with Version 1.2
I don't think it's much better - just different. Yes it has better accuracy, but highlighting a flag with a green border on a green background doesn't make it really stand out. I'd prefer to pay $1.99 for a version with no advertising. Standby for complaints from the Welsh and Scots for using the English flag for British Pounds. My guess is most people would still prefer to have the original version.
