Zomato is stunningly incompetent
I have no idea who this app is even for anymore. I used to be able to find good food with it and now it’s just a train wreck since these geniuses took over.NegativeSeventeen

Sooooo disappointed to have lost Urban Spoon. Zomato is not a useful replacement — doesn’t help me to identify great restaurants while on the road, not a foodie-community of users, and don’t appear to be actively taking feedback ... so I have to settle for Yelp until somebody else finds that hole left by the discontinuance of Urban Spoon.Show lesssuzieqqqqqv1
Unfortunately the app is lacking support
The app is no longer supported. I hoped for a better way of getting the word out than what actually happened. Being a long term user, I wish that the situation of transferring to Zomato could have gone more smoothly.huanyjuanjuanjuanjuan

Dump Urbanspoon
As a frequent traveler I really appreciate a restaurant locator app that is simple & easy to use, accurate & up to date. Zomato WAS the best app ever for finding restaurants but ever since being bought out by Urbanspoon it’s now almost completely worthless, hence the cumulative 1.5 star rating from everyone. Why would you buy a successful company to just destroy it? I would gladly pay for a good app but until it’s proven by a free edition trial I’m not wasting my time or money & you shouldn’t either. Until they realize this & dump Urbanspoon all together & go back to the original Zomato format stay away, far, far away...Show lessBillyJoeJimBob12345
