Very nice in concept, BUT missing major cities...
No Beijing??? No New Delhi??? This is missing some of the largest cities of prominent countries, to the point of embarassment. Great concept, but marred by very odd omissions from the city list. Should be a 5 star app, but I can only give it 3 stars at present.
Great but...
I should have asked about New Delhi. Bummer...that the one I need the most. 3 stars because of that. Well, I added Kolkata (Calcuta) same time as New Delhi)
This program lacks main feature
I did not find how to change your current location. So it is useless if you travel out of your current time zone. Also if it could automatically detect your time zone based on gps (let's say during airport layovers and not only adjust itself but also the system time zone) it would be number one tool for road warriors...

Nice one!
Nice look and feel, and useful interface.
There was a bug with the words 'yesterday' and 'tomorrow', though - but it seems to have fixed itself!. I'm in Mexico and it was telling me it was yesterday in Hong Kong, but today in Los Angeles.
There are some significant cities missing. No Beijing, but Beirut's there. Guess they'll have to change the Olympic venue!

Does what it promises well
The layout is much cleaner than the built in App and does allow "time shifting" of future (and previous) dates. As an intenational traveller it is nice to have a handy tool to answer "when it is x time in Korea, it is y time in Silicon Valley etc. For $1.99 this is an ok price.
Great App for managing global meetings!
I work in a large global company and am managing teams in many different timezones. This application is perfect for figuring out the best time to schedule meetings. Yes, Apple has an International clock, but iTimeZone is much more flexible. This app is extremely useful in that it lets you set the time of your choice, then shows you the time in other countries. Extremely useful! Finally - if you have a question, the support team is extremely responsive.

Disappointing - Errors
Currently 20:30 in the UK and iTimeZone is showing the correct time in Taipei and Tokyo i.e. 03:30 and 04:30 respectively but with the tag of "Yesterday" when it should be "Tomorrow".
Adding additional cities and then re-ordering them doesn't always work 1st time.
Would be nice to have the ability to change the current location from within the application rather than needing to change your time zone within the iPhone

Works for me
I arrange virtual meetings for people all over the world, based on Pacific Time (not my native time zone). The built-in iPhone world clock is helpful, but still requires some figuring because it only shows the current time. iTimeZone lets me specify the date and time for one time zone, then see what that time is in whatever other time zones I'm interested in without having to recalculate offsets from the current time. Well worth a one-time cost of $1.99 to me!

I bought it - it is useful
Nice, simple UI. This *is* a useful application. It is handy to check the time of a future event in other time zones so you don't end up with next week's conference call with Shanghai at 2AM on Saturday. Sure, you can do it without this ap, but for $1.99 it is inexpensive convenience. Improvements in future versions? Well, it would be nice to work it in reverse - set the time at another location and see where it ends up in your time zone.
