Does what it says very well.
Of course this just turns your screen white. But I like how you can swipe the screen to change colour (for testing dead pixels). To the reviewer who said it should turn up your screen brightness to maximum, I don't think apps are capable of doing that- that is something that is only down to the users own settings, so you shouldn't put that against this app.
I tried another free light app from here, and it constantly crashed my Touch. This one hasn't done any such thing, and is very handy for me as I am usually up much later than my family, and I use it to rummage around upstairs without having to turn on lights and wake everyone up. great.
