The counter works and is a good motivator. I like that it counts days, weeks, months etc., instead of only days.

Quit it APP
This is an excellent tool specifically for individuals who like to see progress. Turning to check an app for the amount of time you haven't smoked instead of reaching for another cigarette is quite a feeling. I highly recommend this app for anyone who has even thought of quitting smoking, you know for when you're ready to quit.

Finally a quitter
I started smoking when I was 13 years old. My smoking habits ranged wildly, at times I smoked a couple a day, sometimes even none, and other times I would smoke more than one pack in a 24 hour period. I used Alan Carr's Easy way to Quit before, even though I found it to be really helpful, it didn't stick. A few months ago one of my friends from college who I used to share my smoke breaks with shared his success with this app on Facebook. I figured I would give it a try. I have now gone more than three months without smoking a single cigarette, and am confident that this time it is forever. On the rare occasion that I have the desire to smoke I look at my app. I take a look at all the healthy milestones I have reached, and the far off ones that I have yet to achieve. That helps me remember that smoking even one resets the clock. Congratulations on taking the first step to change your life for the good!
