Keeps me going
A simple little app that keeps me going when I'm feeling weak. Could do with a few more bells and whistles such as prioritising goals and a few more helpful hints to stop you reaching for a cigarette but for what it is it's good.
Far superior to other quit smoking apps
This app is great at showing you the health benefits you experience whilst quitting as time goes by. You can see exactly how much money you can save as the cigarette packet price is adjustable unlike other apps and finally you can set targets and see what items you can treat yourself to with the money saved. After 20 years of smoking and dozens of failed attempts to quit, this app helped me through to success.

Simple and Easy
I downloaded tons of apps - this was the most simple and straightforward. Data without flows and social gimmicks. Let's me quit my way and lean on it. Only wish is it had more health goals to reach.
One small change
This app is really well thought out and runs very smoothly. It has been an incredible support through an extraordinarily tough life change.
With that being said, there is one thing that doesn't seem to make sense. In the goals section each item is listed affordable based upon how much is saved by not buying cigarettes. However, it does not take in to consideration the cost of each goal. Which will make a difference as to when each goal will actually be affordable. For example, let's say I'm saving $5 a day from not smoking. Let's say my first two goals cost $15 and $30 respectively. After three days I will be able to afford the $15 goal. It will take an ADDITIONAL six days (a total of nine days) to afford the second goal. I like that it is organized by cost. One step at a time, small goals first, building to bigger goals. But there must be a way to make it more realistic based upon not just the money saved by not smoking, but also taking into account the saved money SPENT on each goal item.

Good inspirational app :-)
Always good too see your progress and what your working towards and you certainly can with this app, brilliant too see where your going with quitting, couldn't recommend it more
Needs more.
Good little app but to be honest I feel a lot more could be added at the moment I use it for days I have stopped and money saved.
Much needed app!
I'm 33 years old and have been smoking since I was 15. I only stopped during pregnancy/nursing my two children and started right back up again. American spirit menthol lights were my guilty pleasure. I hated that I was smoker but actually loved to smoke. I've quit now for a week and feel like I have moments that my head in going to spin around twice. Then other moments I basque in the glory of feeling healthier when I breathe. And feeling less winded to run up a flight of stairs. Keep up the will power, it gets easier with everyday. I promise :)

Good App
This is easy to get started and at a glance you can see your progress. Great that you can input data relevant to you, so you can see your progress exactly. Would like to see more interaction, maybe a diary function to record cravings, and maybe daily goals to help inspire during the tough times especially when you first stop smoking.

Tobacco option
It should have an option to put in details if you smoke tobacco and not cigarettes. Quite hard to work out otherwise!
