Excellent-- an iOS Classic!
I bought this game when the first version came out on iOS 2. It's been nearly 10 years and I still play it! I am so glad the developer keeps it updated. My favorite thing about it is the Commodore 64 SID sound effects and the speech synthesis-- this game would not look out of place in an early 80s arcade. The watchOS version plays very well on top of that! The Digital Crown makes moving the paddle a dream. Would definitely recommend this app to any retro game fan.

Nearly 10 years in and I'm still playing

Probably one of the best Apple Watch games I've played. The attention to detail is brilliant.

Needs iPhone 5 update
This is a GREAT game. Derivative, yet creative. A perfect mashup between Space Invaders and Breakout. However it REALLY needs to be updated to use iPhone 5's wide screen.
Best Retro Mash Up Game I Ever Played
Space Out is the greatest fusion retro inspired game I ever played. It's like ATARIs 1976 game: Breakout & TAITO CORPs 1978 game: Space Invaders, all rolled into one.

Love it! Simple arcade mash-up!

Awesome combo of 2 classic games
This is the best version of Space Invaders I've ever played, and one of the best brick breakers I've ever played too. The combo works so amazingly well together, I almost forget I'm playing a new game, it's like it was always meant to be this way and now finally is. With the latest update it's now universal too, hello iPad!

Awesome again!
I've loved the game since it first came out. Now that the upgrade bug has been fixed, I can enjoy it once more! It's a perfect blend of Space Invaders and brick breaker-type games. It offers very smooth game play and its retro look makes it an instant classic (or at least look and feel like one). It's a perfect iPhone game for passing the time without needing to get too involved. Highly recommended!
