No Windows Support
My workstation is a PC and I don’t see anything to get this working on windows. When on the site which looks ancient it only shows Mac downloads.bb_media

I just downloaded this app.
You have to download the software for the server to your computer which I was not aware of.
That being said, once installed and a few network updates on my iPhone, this is working well.
The features and consistency are far superior to the iPad EU controller offered by Avid. I have no affiliation with this product, just want people who need it to trust the purchase.

I bought this for $99 when it first came out thinking it was a game changer but wasted my money. I want a refund because this app does nothing.Big NightTrain
Pretty much useless
From what I can tell, this is a glorified remote fader. Hard to know, though, since the company offers no instructions on how to use it. But so far I've found no way, for example, to start and stop recording. Total waste of money for my purposes. You can't use this to actually operate Pro Tools from a live room or vocal booth, for instance.Show lessWintervillager

The app never worked for me on either macbook's
I downloaded this program and installed the software. The device connects with the server on the computer but does not show in the audio midi setup window thus preventing the app to connect to protools. May I have a refund please?!?!Truly29
