Can’t read my magazines
Bought digital subscription and physical paper and have had no access to the digital, I’ve called vogue, the ower company and no one has been able to help me. I have sent over 20 emails constantly being pushed onto their higher up while they all say the same thing “try logging out and then back in” I HAVE SO MANY TIMES IM GOING INSANE. I’ve given it a month of this zero star service and I’ve had enough, I don’t know what else I can do.

Please I beg fix this abomination of an app
Everytime I use this application without fail I am reminded of how much it sucks. Literally the most frustrating user experience. I am exhausted just trying to navigate the bull**** of this app I end up giving up. It frustrates me to no end because this app has so much potential to be actually useful, but is endlessly disappointing with every new update… Yes I am bitter and yes this app steals my sanity.

Search, Look up, or speak function?
Loved the runway app.
As it’s Vogue now, I tend to read reviews and articles too but there are not basic functions such as Search Web, Translate, Look Up, Speak.. etc.
Let us access to Smartphone’s basic usage. It’d be highly appreciated!

Runways not working
I got the app for the runways and the runways part of the app isn’t working 🤦
What is all of the other garbage in the app for if you can’t even use it for it’s intended use

Useless App
The only page that loads is the home feed with the headlines. Not even one link worked so I couldn’t view the collections, the posts from the feed or anything. How can such a garbage app be associated with Vogue?!?
New update ruined everything
This new update deleted all my saved progress and boards. It was hours of work! Gone! Also the filters are ridden with bugs; why is it showing Spring 2024 when I filtered for a different season? The app won't allow me to share feedback manually, so it looks like I have to go to a public forum...
Great concept, but functional issues
I loved this app and used to use it almost daily. However, it’s always run painfully slow and crashed a fair bit, and the recent update to the search function completely took away the main reason I used it. I was often looking for sewing inspiration so I wouldn’t just search brands/shows but colours, styles, types of fabric or garment etc. Please bring back the ability to search for something other than just the brand so designers and home sewists can keep being able to make inspiration mood boards

Very addicted to this app!
Really love this app, great accessible collection of top fashion content from all over the world. Easy to use and pretty addictive. Love the more to discover section and wish I’d found it sooner! Maybe could be added to the board section as well
Not A Fashion/Latest Thing in Tech/Performance
For a company that bears the name “Fashion”, Vogue seems to anything BUT the latest thing in anything else in life, including tech/apps and other areas. The app is really primitive, takes forever to load (think “the beginning of the www. age” loading), crashes daily, doesn’t allow one to sign in by showing the spinning wheel that never stops spinning (definitely 90’s software issues). I always loose interest in researching and looking at the app after these issues happen. It’s not worth it, and there a better apps and web sites to find what I’m looking for (imagine that).

New version is worse than the old one
You try to click a designer than the collection and all these thumbnails pop up of different seasons, why? It’s embarrassing that this is a vogue app

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently looking into easing search confusion between image search and collection search. In the interim, If you are looking for collections, please use the 'latest' section and filter collections via the menu at the top. The Vogue Runway team
