Lovely, but flaw with Watch app
This app is great. I’m pretty choosy about the apps I download, and I have no regrets downloading Guidance.
My only qualm is with the Watch app. It looks great, but, critically, it won’t show me prayer times for my location. Instead, it shows prayer times for Mecca. Can this be fixed? The Watch app/complication are fairly useless otherwise.

Love it with one wish
I started using Guidance on my Mac laptop and enjoyed it so much. It automatically detects my location and updates prayer time accordingly. It automatically switches times with DLS start and end. When I found the iPhone version, I didn’t hesitate to buy it. I loved the iPhone version even more. It works with Apple Watch and has complications you can use right on your watch face. Scrolling over future prayer times is very convenient. Showing the quibla direction on the map is much more accurate than using compass. However, my wish is to add the compass option so that you can still find the approximate quibla when you are indoors and cannot tell where you are wrt the map.Show lessM Hussein
Compass doesn’t work
On the whole, I appreciate the functionality of this app. It gives me what I need and doesn’t clutter it up with all kinds of unnecessary other stuff.
What I’m not happy with is the compass, and the lack of any useful information on how to use or fix it.
The little arrow always points north, NOT at the Qibla, as one would both hope and expect. You can click on it, and you get a maps screen with some buttons, but none of them has any explanation about how they work, nor corrects the underlying problem.
There is no documentation available (presumably because the developer feels the app “just works”). The “app support“ link in the App Store just goes to a splash page for the app. And the developer does not respond to the one communication channel he provides.
So no luck. If you aren’t paying attention or are someplace unfamiliar, and you trust that little arrow to point you in the right direction, you’ll do your prayers facing north instead of the direction of prayer.Show lessEnzymeEB
Easy way to keep track of prayer times
I use this almost 100% on my Apple Watch. This has been the most useful thing to keep me on top of prayer times. It’s so easy to check the watch and see on my watch face when the next prayer time is.Sizu24

This is an excellent app, very helpful & I think very precise. It provides options to customize to one’s needs and that makes it more unique and user friendly. One suggestion for enhancement: In the “Prayer Alerts” section, plz provide one more radio button option for ‘No alerts’ for all the prayers. I like to have my alerts on all the time so customizing each prayer is fun. But on a few public occasions, if I need to silence my prayer alert for the day(s), I have to do it for each prayer individually and redo the setting yet again upon returning. It will be helpful to have one button at the top/bottom which enables us to turn off/on all prayer alerts without disrupting each individual prayer setting. That will be quite helpful. Overall, Jazakum Allah Khairian for such a wonderful, up-to-date and effective app. It’s 100% made my prayers more usual and punctual, Alhamdulillah.Show lesstymcamin

Myron my perspective l, the best app in its category. Would be great if they can implant live notification for when the next prayer is getting close. Masha Allah Jazakalah to those who put their effort to give the best accurate Prayer Alert. And it's worth every penny we paid for. But, but it needs an update according to my iPhone 7 plus. It tells me the maker of this app didn't update so it might slow your phone. So we would appreciate if the brother who made this fine app can do an update. Great app!
The widget showing all prayer times of the day isn’t refreshing the next prayer’s countdown timer live (which is used to prior to iOS16).
Other than that, awesome app!mhdahmad
