Box issues
This new version you go to click on something and you know you wanna see them like all the items in your category that folder and then you try to click back you can it just buffers forever and it’s not my service it’s just the app itself I don’t like this new version. I’d like the previous version. It was much better. You can thumb nail them and look at them. All you know thumbnail or you can enlarge them and then like scroll through them, you can’t do that and you can’t even click back. You have to click completely out of the app flick it away so you completely close it and then reopen it and then try to start again and you still can’t see them I mean, there’s too many issues with this new version. I don’t like it. I like the previous version better.

Terrible
Tried to sign up and was happy to pay for big storage, I have a lot of photos. Did so, went to the link to verify, that doesn’t do anything after clicking and you can’t re-sign in after confirming. Terrible user experience that really doesn’t engender any faith in it being a robust storage system. If they can’t even get the sign-up process right, do I trust them with my data? No. Lost a customer there.

It’s getting worse
I used to love this app. It was so easy to share and playback audio projects, work on documents across platforms, and everything else Box is known for. But now the app is very slow and laggy. It has to relaunch and load a doc, even if it’s available offline, if my screen locks for just a few seconds. Then if I’m finished with the app and it’s closed for a few hours, the next time I open it expecting it to go to the main folder, it takes a long time to reload whatever i was viewing the last time and i cannot cancel it until it’s done.
I would use the app as a media player very often to review updates on projects, able to stream on the go without needing to sync with iTunes every time, and easily be able to share the same updates with clients. But now the media player is awful in so many ways. Slow, doesn’t automatically playlist, restarts the file whenever you pause or close the app. Really disappointing. Hope the app can be saved or i can find a fix on my end or may have to look out for another option.

The app performance is not good at all:
Takes forever to load
Takes forever to save a single photo
Not stable
Doesn't save photos to your library in chronological order
Whatever updates have been implemented have totally caused the app to basically not be functional.

7 years with no problems
Excellent cloud based storage been using for at least 7 years . Box has never let me down,I store my music and photos as well as all my work docs,so I can access 24/7
