Just missing one thing
As a fan of live music, I love this app. It is also helpful because my job involves lots of travel so I can find shows wherever I am.
What I’d like to see is an ability to add shows to my phone’s calendar, not just the calendar within the app. Often I have interest in a show and would like visibility in the tool that governs my life.Show lessS2fel
Can't sign in, now worthless app
I love JamBase, I really do- been using it for a very long time. With my new phone, I cannot sign into my account whatsoever. Works great on my PC. I've tried making a new password, etc. if I can't log in, the app is essentially useless. Please fix this app before it dies in obscurity, and we lose a great toolShow lessJasonhoward
Simply Perfect!
This is what I used to think...(This is still the BEST concert locator app out there. Thank you so much for this long awaited update! The UI is so much better now & works great with my iPhone 6.)
I have since upgraded to iPhone 7 & now there's a bug that is really annoying. Any time I tap on an event I want to go to, there is no longer any information displayed about venue contact info or address + no ticket price info. WICKED ANNOYING!!Show lessThesky207
Cant sign in on app, works fine online
...so essentially, it is useless unless you just want to browse shows. Cant save to calendar, cant track artists. And yes, my login creds are correct, I uninstalled the app and tried again, reset PW...not worth the trouble anymore.
Pretty new display give it 2 stars instead of 1. I'm seeking an alternative now.Show lessclgibson
Change is not always a good thing!
Not impressed with jambase 3.0 update! The information is not as easily attainable as the older version. The pictures and colors distract me away from the information I initially was seeking! Too much emphasis on the production while loosing focus on the clear, concise, and so very informative content I instinctively and effortlessly accessed on a daily basis! 3.0 is very flashy and eye grabbing but I miss so very much the old layout!Show lessSuzie Q Greenberg
Great idea but poor execution
The fact that I can look up live shows at any given time within a certain distance of my location = a great idea. However the app is painfully out of date - still using old IOS6 look and it's not even sized right for the iPhone 5. Please update it and fix some of the crash bugs to make it work better.Show lesssnowbdr440
LOVE
This is by far my most frequently used app. So useful. Wouldn't have known about a good 90% of shows I go to without this app. Easy to use and convenient. Only suggestions: option for exporting shows to device calendars, and adding feature for nearby festivals like on the site. All in all though love JamBase and love the app! Uninstall and Forget It
I used this app for about a year to find out who's playing where and when. Jambase is a website I go to on a regular basis. Very cool tool and one stop shop to find out where the good music is.
However, the app was lacking many features. No articles, no news, no notifications etc. All this app provides is artist and venue information with a calendar that you can add shows to, but never alerts you of these shows.
Still somewhat useful.
However lately this app has gone downhill. It began crashing quite frequently. I kept going back to it while putting up with those glitches.
Now it got to the point where I try to open it, it pops up and closes instantly. Very annoying. I reboot my phone, tried again... Same results.
I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall. Upon trying to log in to retrieve my favorite artists list, the app began to crash again. I've tried closing it out and relaunching it again. Login, click submit...crashed again.
I've lost my patience with the Jambase App. The next step is to uninstall this app and forget about it. Save yourself some time and just use the website. It'll save you a lot of frustration.Show lessPhishin0ut
Missing freshness, please update!
I hate dropping a two year old review from five stars to two stars... But the Jambase app experience has declined....
Please update to increase stability and crashes. Jambase, I love your website but as I and the rest of the world move into the mobile space it's difficult to argue with the convenience of an app. Kindly update yours so that your service and platform continue to be visible and healthy and so that you are not forced out by the larger ticket hawking rapscallions.

Superb!!
This is amazing. I can be kept abreast of all shows in my area. I love how you can put shows on calendar, and drill down for bios, and other tour dates.
No more sifting through papers and local websites. This brings it all home.
I have not experienced any difficulties as described by other users.Careful Eugene
