Love this
I’ve played Solitaire on this app for years—through many phones and upgrades. I e always loved it. Clear graphics, good game choices. The last est upgrade has taken some getting used to. I don’t love the 3D effect on the cards. It seems to make it harder to see instead of easier. I think if I had a bigger screen it might be better.Show lessSir Kate
Hate the latest upgrade (version 10.0)
This latest upgrade needs technical help. In games which require two players, (eg “Speed” and Spite and Malice), the “computer player” does not respond until I tap the deck. I have to tap the deck repeatedly until “he” is out of moves. Very annoying. When playing “Speed”, the computer opponent often lays down two cards at once, (eg 5,6 or 6,5, or any two cards with similar pattern), making it impossible for me to try to play the next card.

Zoom card bad for eyes
I am grateful for this App, have used for a long time. This is not a complaint because I have used the free option and it has been wonderful. I may have to stop, unfortunately, because cards getting smaller as strings get longer makes it very difficult for me to see cards, and constant zooming in and out just doesn’t work. Gives me a headache. Was much better before. New Update Stinks
I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years. Absolutely love being able to pick it up anytime to relax. The newest update a few days ago is horrible. The deck constantly moves in and out. This gets in the way of the back button and I also find it hard to play the lower right corner without going back home and pushing the resume button. This is not an improvement! They changed it!! Now no good
When I opened Card Shark today I got a notice saying that there were updates. And asking to leave a review, which I did because I have always enjoyed this game and it has been great.
Not anymore!! I always play Spider and now, instead of landscape layout, it’s vertical and I cannot switch it back. How can I play it this way? Never had this happen before. Also the cards appear different and distorted somehow. I hate this! If I cannot get this fixed, I am deleting this once great game:(Show lessmunkim
New update
I hat this update. Making the display shrink when the a certain amount of cards are put in one column is very distracting Also it makes it harder to read. Making the cards smaller is hard when you play on a phone for please to enjoy playing as you have to get out reading glasses. Not all people this game are young and have great eyesight!

Great app that has always worked
Writing this after their newest update. I’ve played this for maybe 6 years. The app has always worked through each iOS update and each change of device/phone. It has always been smooth and good at what it does. With the be sweet update giving a few qol things for the newer devices it has also brought a bug or two. I have had it display the wrong starter card compared to what I actually start the piles with but that’s minor and not a big deal. Glad to see the devs are still working on this app even with the new apple update policies. Great app, easy to spend hours in. If you like solitaire games get this app no questions asked. Canfield junkie
Have been playing Canfield for years. Reached $105,694 when the game stopped displaying the earnings at the bottom of the screen and dragging cards only moved the selected card and those below it with the remaining card moved when the drag released. Removed and reloaded the game and all issues resolved.Show lessSidared
Card shark—can’t close it on iPhone 13
I really enjoy the Card Shark games, especially Spider. However, I can’t close the app on my new iPhone 13 without shutting down my phone and then restarting it again. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it didn’t make any difference. I would have given it 5 stars except not being about to close it by swiping has reduced it to 3.Show lessApp Tester2
Annoyed by recent update
I’ve been playing the game for a while and have been very happy with how it works. I am annoyed by the fact that the most recent update made me lose my custom deck and that it reset my stats accumulated from over 5000 games of two suit spider. It doesn’t seem difficult to preserve this info when updating. Most other apps seem to manage it.Show lesskinahawi
