Everytime i try to open this, it crashes!!! This looks like a great app but since i cant open it... Nevermind. Does it just crash on iPod touch?

I have Fin relatives to help me with grammar, but this helps with vocabulary. Could it be better? For what it does, maybe. Does it do a good job? For what it is, definitely. This isn't a full fledge language course though.

It's called a Finnish word a day and that's what you get. Teaches a wide variety of words, obviously meant as an addition to other learning methods. I use this every day - very useful

Unlike another reviewer I find this little application very helpfull. This is not the app that will teach you Finnish, but great as a support module. Helpfull for pronuncition and spelling. I would recomend it.
Am I Missing Something?
This app teaches you the pronunciation of a new Finnish word a day. What use is that? What makes this more ridiculous is that, unless I'm missing something, it doesn't show you the meaning of the word, just how to pronounce it! Seriously! So, when I'm next on hols in Finland, I'll use one of the random words I've learned to pronounce and just pray that I don't get a beating for saying something offensive without knowing. In a word.. CRAP.
