I've been re-installing restarting for a little too long followed all instructions but still couldn't get it to show up. wish it was more functional like the apple remote set it up once and it works great pretty much with out error. will be deleting it till i see better support.KerryMorgan
It works...
It works pretty good. If you're having trouble getting it to see vlc just reinstall vlc so that the preferences get updated. Set up took about a minute after I figured that little secret out.Jtclark84
Just what I wanted! :)
The free version is app is all what I needed: Pause/Play, Rew/Forward, Volume control.
Now no more jumping out of the bed to pause a movie everytime I receive a phone call.
