You are offline message
I love this radio and all the programs but the app is faulty.
Sometimes (more often than not) I am not able to listen to live content even if I am at home connected to my wifi or using my data (4G) and it says “you are offline”. What worked , sometimes, was to delete the app, and installing it again. Can this be looked at pls.

Buongiorno, ultimamente abbiamo risolto alcuni bug. Le chiediamo gentilmente di aggiornare l'app se non l'ha fatto e farci sapere se le problematiche persistono.
Listening from London
Is a pain. Every now and then the app crashes or says it’s offline when I’m connected to a fast Wi-Fi . It has a bit painful to listen to radio deejay with this app.

parte da sola a mezzanotte
Se non fai swipe out l’app tutte le sere questa va in play automaticamente a mezzanotte, tutti i giorni, se ti dimentichi il volume e stai dormendo é un risveglio brusco ! Perché parte da sola??
Great when it works!
I live abroad and this app is the only way I can listen to Radio Deejay, it is great when it works, but often it doesn’t. I also realised that the stream fails with other apps too, like Tunein, so there must be something wrong on the other end perhaps not necessarily related to the app itself…
Hope this gets fixed because I really love listening to radio deejay!!!

APP DOESN T KEEP ME LOGGED IN
The app keeps logging me out each time I have to check my download or if I want to download something!!
Loss of functionality
The new version is much less user friendly than the previous one. Crashes aside, when listening to the episodes extracts the app should pass AUTOMATICALLY to the next one when one finishes, instead every extract has to be selected and started manually. You can’t even switch them with the locked screen control. This is like the MOST BASIC function of any player app. I can’t listen while driving anymore.

Fate qualcosa perché sono giorni che non si apre più la app con il sistema IOS!!
Nuovo aggiornamento
Con il nuovo aggiornamento l’app continua a chiudersi automaticamente in apertura. Provato a rimuovere ed a installare nuovamente con uguale risultato. Provato anche ad aggiornare l’IOS ma nemmeno quello ha funzionato. Ho visto che altri ascoltatori riportavano lo stesso problema. Sarebbe gentile ricevere una risposta per farci sapere che ci state lavorando o fornirci soluzioni. Grazie
