Tiny habits to change your life

An incredible app that builds intentional habits to be more grateful, meditate daily and track your mood. Plus the daily quotes from Shalin (whose story is so incredible and inspiring - there’s even a movie about him, Paper Flowers!) are the best way start to my day with clarity and compassion. So grateful to have this as part of my daily ritual.
