I love this device/app
Updated review: I had left a somewhat negative review due to the app becoming obsolete via iOS update. They have fixed this issue and I am ineffably grateful for this device. It helps me fall asleep as well as regulate my blood pressure which I have tested in real time. Breathe people! As if your life depends on it.

I got hooked on 2breathe. I fall asleep in minutes, stay asleep and simply love to see the report the next morning. Thank you for fixing the 16.1.1 iOS issue so I can get back to sleep.
New Update and Working Perfectly

I loved this device/app
I’ve been using 2breathe for well over a year and was amazed at how quickly I would fall asleep (I have chronically suffered from insomnia) when using it. Apparently they haven’t done anything with the app for years now and with the latest update on my phone the device has been rendered useless. Developer website is a sketchy redirect and I can find no other avenue to contact them for customer support. The device cost $180. I guess that was a small price to pay for a year of decent sleep 🤷🏻♂️✊🏻🙋🏻♂️

Don’t bother
May be a good idea, but the execution just doesn’t work. It took several days just to be able to create an account, then it’s impossible to login after that. Nothing but the spinning wheel of death. Then a “connect device to the internet” on a device connected to the internet. I was told I’d be contacted by customer support, but never received any sort of help.
