Please fix iPad orientation
Please please fix your app so that it auto rotates / orientates when using iPad in landscape mode. Hopeless app design when working on an iPad and 3AW or 2GB et all is in the background and it is locked in portrait mode with volume buttons reversed. Thank you for your attention to this 2026 matter 👍

App drops out all the time
Some times I have to login 2or3 times a day
Register and Re-register
System makes you relog in every week - why do I need to register to listen to the radio.
App requires re-logging on after network service drops
App in general is okay, but I find quite often after loosing network service it frequently and inconveniently requires you to re-enter access credentials to start using again.
Won’t allow login
I’ve updated the app. And I keep getting a screen with tapt telling me to update. It’s updated to the latest version. Now I can’t listen at all…
Always drops out
Very convenient app but probably the worst app I have ever used. I can’t tell you how many times it buffers or just drops out and needs restarting. It is very annoying and with the bombardment of ads it makes it hard to keep using.
Drop outs
When travelling with minimal cellular coverage, the app drop outs which is expected, but then won’t resume itself upon returning to cellular coverage. It used to do this ok up until about a month ago. I now have to shut down and restart the app to continue

Still should work on Apple speakers. Come on get it done it’s been years.
Absolutely useless
Need to log in every time you use the App. Seems incapable of remembering a user name and password - very annoying and frustrating
Constantly have to log in
Why do I have to always have to log in? Always open the app when I’m the car to listen to it and it’s always wanting to log in again. Don’t have the info required or the ability to do it whilst in the car. Poor performance. If I’m logged in then let me stay logged in.

Suggestion for an Auto-Sync Feature for Live Sports

I have a suggestion for a future update to the 2GB, 3AW, 4BC and 6PR apps.
Would it be possible to introduce an auto-sync feature that allows the radio commentary to automatically sync with live sports streaming services?
For example, listeners could sync the radio broadcast with:
NRL coverage on Kayo Sports or 9Now
AFL coverage on 7plus or Kayo Sports
This feature would allow fans to listen to the radio commentary while watching the game on TV or via streaming, without needing to manually pause or adjust the timing.
An automatic syncing option would make the experience much smoother and easier for listeners who prefer radio commentary but also want to watch the match live. It would greatly improve the overall listening and viewing experience when following NRL and AFL games.

Car play broken for a while now
Car play has been broken for a while now. You have to open the 2GB app first on the phone. Only then the car play app will work. Was not like this in the past. Please fix it for gods sake.
Great, but it keeps logging out
The app is easy to navigate, however it tends to have a mind of its own changing screen in carplay. The most annoying feature of this app is the continual need to log in
Dropping Out
The app was great but just recently it asks you to log in all the time and now it continuously drops out both on the car and on Google Home.
App terrible
This app continually drops out and request you to put in your password so annoying especially when you’re driving. I just heard someone on Ben Fordham show say exactly the same thing.
Frustrating
It is annoying how often you have to login to the app. No facility for app to fill in email address and password.
Log-in
This is the most annoying app; it randomly insists on me logging in and always whilst I am driving or at some inconvenient moment. Why is it necessary?
